Consumable Product Policy

Due to the nature of consumable wellness products, all sales are final once your order ships, except in the cases below.


Eligible Refunds

We will offer a refund or replacement if:

  • Your product arrives damaged

  • You receive the wrong item

  • A product defect is confirmed

  • A pre-order is canceled before it ships

You must contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos showing the issue.

Taste preference, individual results, or “I didn’t feel anything” do not qualify for refunds.


Order Cancellation

You may cancel:

  • Pre-orders anytime before fulfillment

  • Regular orders within 12 hours of purchase (if not already shipped)


Non-Returnable Items

  • Supplements

  • Opened packaging

  • Discounted items

  • Gift cards

  • Photos of packaging + product
