Pre-Orders
Pre-order estimated shipping windows are listed on each product page.
By purchasing a pre-order, you acknowledge:

Delays may occur

You’ll be notified immediately if timelines change
Processing Time
Once inventory is in hand:

Orders ship within 1–3 business days

Tracking info is automatically emailed upon shipment
Shipping Methods
We use:

USPS First Class (2–5 business days)

USPS Priority (1–3 business days)
Shipping times are estimates and exclude processing time.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once an order is scanned by the carrier, responsibility shifts to USPS.
If a package appears lost:

Wait 10 business days

Then contact us and we’ll assist with a claim or possible replacement
Stolen packages may require a police report before replacement is considered.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for entering accurate addresses.
If an incorrect address is provided and the order ships, you must reorder.
